if you would like to take part in the 'emotional engaging' exercise on my other worksheet, you may find this resource useful. sometimes it can be really hard to pluck feelings out of thin air, so i've compiled a list of 80 different emotions, that you can work through to see which apply to you - you might even realise you're currently feeling something that you hadn't been able to put your finger on before!
